Integrity Mining to Begin Drilling Campaign at AMD Claims.
Cornelius, N.C. – – Integrity Mining ("The Company", "IM") , a subsidiary of Cornelius, NC-based private investment firm Davis Capital Group, is pleased to announce that it will begin core drilling activities on the AMD Claims and the Silver King Mine (“AMD”, “Silver King”, or collectively “the Properties”), beginning in late June or early July. Integrity Mining has retained a qualified geologist to oversee exploration activities at the AMD claims and Silver King Mine with the ultimate goal of producing NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates at the conclusion of the 2011 drilling season.
Integrity Mining Acquires Historic Silver King Mine.
Cornelius, N.C. –– Integrity Mining ("The Company", "IM") , a subsidiary of Cornelius, NC based private investment firm Davis Capital Group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 72% equity interest in Silver King of Arizona Mining Company ("Silver King"). The Silver King Mine, which is the basis for the book “When Silver Was King”, is one of the most prominent mines in U.S. history. Willow Creek is located in the copper belt region of Arizona, U.S.A. which is home to several successful commercial mining operations.
Integrity Mining Engages Behre Dolbear for Technical Reports on AMD and Silver King Mine.
Cornelius, N.C. – Integrity Mining ("The Company", "IM") , a subsidiary of Cornelius, NC based private investment firm Davis Capital Group, has engaged Behre Dolbear, a world-class geological and technical consulting firm, to provide technical reports for its currently owned AMD Claims as well as for the Silver King Mine, an investment opportunity currently under evaluation. The goal of the technical reports is to synthesize the data from each mine and to set the framework for 43-101 compliant technical reporting at the sites.

Integrity Mining Acquires Interests in AMD and QR Claims.
Cornelius, N.C. – Integrity Mining ("The Company", "IM") , a subsidiary of Cornelius, NC based private investment firm Davis Capital Group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired an equity interest in the AMD Claims and QR Claims (“AMD”, “QR”, and collectively, “the Claims”), two development stage mining companies in premier locations. In addition, IM has structured a joint venture agreement with both claims to acquire an additional 25% equity interest upon the successful completion of a diamond drilling campaign in 2011.

Willow Creek will serve as the first investment of Integrity Mining, which is a recently established precious metals platform dedicated to the exploration, development and production of precious metals mines throughout the United States. Willow Creek is located in the prestigious Northwest segment of Nevada, U.S.A. which is home to several successful commercial mining operations.
