Richard W. Davis, Jr.

Richard W. Davis is the founder and CEO of Davis Capital Group(“DCG”), an alternative investment firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He began his career as a financial planner in 1999. Since then he has personally structured more than $500 million in debt and equity investments in a variety of projects. In 2004, Mr. Davis desire to provide his clients with a means of diversifying their investment portfolios into asset backed debt investments, led to his decision to establish DCG.

Mr. Davis pursued his Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and later attended the Metropolitan State College of Denver for a degree in Personal Financial Planning. Mr. Davis is also a Registered Financial Consultant. Mr. Davis is a member of several mining organizations including: The Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining (“IMMM”), the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (“SME”), The Minerals, Materials, and Metals Society (“TMS”), and the Geological Society of Nevada (“GSN”). He is an active leader in numerous non-profit organizations within the Charlotte and surrounding areas.
